Hi, I’m Lauren

I read my first personal development book when I was 25 years old, and drew a lot from books and courses to learn best practices. This helped me a lot with building performing habits and led to a successful career in Tech Sales for 15 years for companies such as LinkedIn. Rackspace and Equnix.

What books didn’t help me with, was managing stress, relationships, uncomfortable emotions and difficult conversations.

I had to experience divorce, a burnout and heath scares to discover the world of self-mastery as the answer to transforming my life and career.
