Meet Your Coach

Lauren Cartigny’s expertise is in Business and Personal Applied Psychology, Gestalt Psychology, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), The Process Communication Model® (PCM), Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) and Mindfulness practices such as Yoga and Meditation.

While Lauren mostly work with companies, she wanted to create a service for professionals with the teachings she wished she had in her career and before her burnout to perform from a place of well-being as opposed to one of ongoing chronic stress sand sacrifice.

Lauren has created ondemand self-coaching journeys, to teach and coach Growth Mindset Professionals to develop new self-awareness on their mental health, their relationships and their careers by learning to to reduce stress, manage emotions and increase confidence.

All level of seniority in a workforce have one thing in common: they are all human beings! They have the same Human Operating System. When they human mind works well in can innovate, make good and fast decisions, communicate effectively and create meaningful lasting relationships which in turn build great teams. When the human mind isn’t functioning at its best, we often witness demotivation, poor or no decisions, mis-communication or drama and dysfunction in teams.

I am an ICF PCC certified, Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach who specialises in Emotional Intelligence, Adaptive Communication and Mindfulness.

I founded the The Self-Science Lab to make the teachings I wish I had had along my career which could have prevented a burnout, relational and health sacrifices to succeed.
