About Your Guide
Hi, I’m Lauren!
I guide people to develop Self-Leadership skills for self-mastery to improve the quality of their personal and professional lives.
After 11 years in international Tech Sales at companies like LinkedIn, Equinix, and Rackspace, I learned the hard way what happens when you do not understand yourself well. I wasn’t connected to my body. I wasn’t aware of my recovery needs, personality traits, my beliefs and the rest! I ignored my feelings and my body's stress signals. I tried to do it all and this led to burnout, divorce, health crisis, and a complete collapse of my life as I knew it.
My self-inquiry curiosity was drove from a wanting to recover and avoid this collapse happening again. After 10 years of self-discovery, self-study, training, retreats, workshops, I have developed deep self understanding, that I now leverage to teach others to perform form a place of well-being and unlock their potential.
You can now benefit from my self-discovery learnings without the pain, high financial costs nor the long time it took to uncover much self-science which guides us to better manage the inner functioning of our Human Operating system.
