What is Self-Discovery?

Self-Discovery is the art of becoming curious about yourself by inquiring into the functioning of your Mind, Emotions and Body. When we better understand our internal wiring, we can improve the quality of our human experience because we cannot change what we cannot see and 95 % of our thoughts, feeling and action are unconscious! By making the unconscious conscious, we take control back of our experience to create the life we want for ourselves.

Meet Your Coach

Lauren Cartigny is an Executive Coach (ICF PCC), Business Psychologist, and Mindfulness Practitioner based in London, bilingual in French and English.

Lauren specialises in psychological health for sustainable high performance, guiding and training leaders to develop self-regulation, resilience, and interpersonal skills. Her individual practice focuses on Executive Wellness, and her digital services to extend her teachings to managers and employees.

She knows firsthand what it is to navigate professional corporate success alongside personal crisis and health breakdown. Through deep self-inquiry, mindfulness and psychology studies, Lauren went through her own recovery journey. This experience became the foundation of her work teaching high-performance from place of well-being.

Lauren holds extensive certifications in Gestalt Psychology, HeartMath (the psychophysiology science of stress management and heart-brain coherence), the Process Communication Model (PCM Adaptive Leadership Trainer), and the Emotional Intelligence assessment tools EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360. Lauren has studied Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté's trauma-informed therapeutic approach). She practices yoga and is currently completing her meditation teacher training.

Lauren now wished to extend her guidance outside of the workplace to all those seeking to improve the quality of their lives.
