Meet Your Coach

Lauren Cartigny bridges the gap between professional and personal development by teaching the science of self-regulation for high-performance from a place of well-being. After experiencing burnout in tech sales, divorce, and a health crisis that forced her to rebuild her life from scratch, she studied psychology, mindfulness and completed Gabor Maté's 12-month Compassionate Inquiry therapeutic somatic training to understand the root of human stress and suffering.

Today, she trains managers at companies across Europe using science-backed methodologies (Process Communication Model®, EQ-i 2.0) trusted by NASA, BMW, Pixar, and L'Oréal. Lauren holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and specialises in helping Managers develop the emotional resilience skills that prevent burnout, drive sustainable high-performance and engagement to reduce risk of churn.
