The Self-Science Lab (TSSL) was founded on a simple, vital principle: You shouldn't have to sacrifice your health, relationships, or well-being to achieve outstanding and sustainable results across your career.
Lauren Cartigny, our founder wanted to provide professionals with the essential skills, the "Self-Science" teaching, she wished she had access to throughout her own demanding career to better understand herself to prevent burnout.

About Our Founder
Lauren is an Executive Coach (ICF PCC) and corporate trainer, Lauren works with managers across Europe, teaching them the self-regulation skills that prevent burnout, improve team dynamics, and drive sustainable high performance.
She founded The Self-Science Lab to teach others the science she wishes someone had taught her before she crashed.
