Meet Your Coach

For 11 years, Lauren Cartigny excelled in high-pressure tech sales roles at hyper growth companies like LinkedIn, Equinix, and Rackspace. When burnout hit, it was not just exhaustion, it was followed by divorce, which led to a complete gut health and nervous system shutdown that manifested in severe chronic pain and acne. During recovery, she discovered her burnout was not a failure of willpower but a dysregulated nervous system from being in survival mode for her entire life!

She earned her ICF PCC coaching and PCM Leadership trainer credentials, and specialised in HeartMath, Mindfulness, Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté's method), and the applied business psychology of Process Communication Model used by Nasa. Today, Lauren guides Executives to master their mind-body connection to create sustainable high-performance with deeper self-leadership skills.

Lauren founded The Self-Science Lab, a Self-Leadership training and coaching services company which supports workforces with personal development to fuel their professionals's goals.
