Meet Your Coach

Lauren Cartigny bridges the gap between personal transformation and organizational performance. After experiencing burnout in tech sales, divorce, and a health crisis that forced her to rebuild her life from scratch, she studied psychology and completed Gabor Maté's 12-month Compassionate Inquiry therapeutic training to understand the root of human stress and suffering.

Today, she trains managers at companies worldwide using science-backed methodologies (Process Communication Model®, EQ-i 2.0) trusted by NASA, BMW, Pixar, and L'Oréal. Lauren holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and specializes in helping leaders develop the emotional intelligence skills that prevent burnout and drive sustainable performance.
