Meet Your Coach
Lauren Cartigny teaches managers the nervous system science that nobody taught them in business school.
After 11 years in tech sales at LinkedIn, Equinix, and Rackspace, burnout and a complete health crisis forced Lauren to understand what she'd been ignoring: only 5% of our thoughts, feelings, and actions are conscious. The other 95% run on autopilot, driven by our nervous system.
During her recovery, Lauren didn't just rest, she studied the science at the deepest level. This led her to train in methodologies that bridge therapeutic depth with corporate credibility: HeartMath for heart-brain coherence, Polyvagal Theory for nervous system regulation, Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry® for trauma-informed practice, and corporate frameworks like Process Communication Model® and EQ-i 2.0 used by NASA, BMW, and Pixar.
Today, as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), HeartMath Coach, and corporate trainer, Lauren works with managers across Europe, teaching them the self-regulation skills that prevent burnout, improve team dynamics, and drive sustainable high performance.
She founded The Self-Science Lab to teach others the science she wishes someone had taught her before she crashed.
