Meet Your Coach
Lauren Cartigny is an Executive Coach (ICF PCC) and Leadership Trainer specialising in Self-Leadership for sustainable high-performance to reduce risks of burnout, increase engagement and deliver results.
She guides Founders, CEO and Executives to better understand themselves and master their mind-body connection, so they can lead from a place of well-being rather than survival, to preserve their health, their relationships and create a sustainable high-performance culture.
Drawing on 11 years in international tech sales at LinkedIn, Equinix, and Rackspace, Lauren brings commercial business acumen to her work. She bridges neuroscience, business psychology, and mindfulness with corporate methodologies to deliver results by solving people led issues in companies.
Lauren works with Executives across Europe from her base in London, and is fluent in French and English.
